[SOLVED] Overwrite options not respected on F2 Queue + LongNameCopy=1

Post by *ANoDyNoS »

[SOLVED] When Copying, if using the F2 Queue + LongNameCopy=1 in the ini, then Overwrite options (Eg Skip All) are not respected (it always defaults to Ask User).

Normal copy works fine, options are respected.

Probably copyoptions:X flag is not passed to the Queue, only the resetting at the end (copyoptions:0).

I'm using Total Commander 10.52 x64.

Not confirmed.

The copyflags setting is added to the queue. You may want to open the BTM (menu Command/Background Transfer Manager) and click the Pause button. Then in the main window start copying using F2 and you will see what is added to the queue.

ANoDyNoS: You may see at BTM, that individual copyflags are added each time for a new copy job (you add files for copying)
The copyflags are set according to you settings at the copy dialog.
Well, you have to set the options for each copy job again.

My wrong, apologies - it only occurs when having LongNameCopy=1 in the .ini file.

What occurs in what circumstance?

Ignoring of the Options (eg. Skip All) occurs only when F2 (Queue) is pressed AND LongNameCopy=1 is in the .ini file.

You're right, I can't reproduce it again, maybe it's an edge case, not sure.
Thanks for your response :-)

How can I mark this issue as "closed"?

I will move this thread to the regular forum. If you want, you can change your first post and edit the subject. Add "Solved" for example.
