Hmm. I have the same situation in all browsers, including when using online VPN services.
There are no problems with ghisler.com and the ghisler.ch root. Only with https://www.ghisler.ch/board/. The page keeps loading; I can see the avatars, but the content of the buttons is not visible.
Pages sometimes come to life, but more often they freeze, just like sending messages.

Perhaps you can use Inspect Element, select the Network tab and look what takes a long time to load.

No problem here either, and the load monitor loadavg doesn't show any high loads for the last few days.
We had some problems with Chinese web crawlers a few weeks ago, but I blocked their IP ranges.

I can't even download files from totalcommander.ch, but they are downloaded from ghisler.com. The provider itself doesn't restrict access to resources, although its administrators have the same result. Problems arise on the backbones above. IDM/XDM/uGet can't handle it. Usage genmirror.com, vpnproxy.site, undofilters.com, etc. doesn't help. Is it possible to mirror the download of current versions of the program on ghisler.com?

That's odd, totalcommander.ch and this forum use the exact same server and IP address. They are hosted by Hetzner Germany.
I read somewhere that Russia is blocking Hetzner, but this would affect also this forum for users in Russia.

So that's exactly what's happening. It is impossible for us to open the pages of this forum on the first try.
We have to refresh the page 3/4/5 times to get it to load. So and the problem with downloading of new beta
is also here presents(((

I can access totalcommander.ch/win/ and navigate through the folders without any problems. The issue is specifically with downloading, starting from January.
So, will you be able to make mirror links?
