If "Always keep on this device" is checked for the OneDrive directory, it will overwrite the icon number 58 59 (start from 1) in the Iconlib.
However, if this icon is configured, it will also be displayed on the first line of the file list, returning to the previous level of icons

Interesting, TC does query for the flag also for [..] and seems to get the confirmation. Does the parent folder "Software" have the checkmark too?

Which directory turns on the "Always keep on this device" switch, then after entering this directory, you can see the flag.
"E:\OneDrive\" is my OneDrive sync disk. After I turn off the "Always keep on this device" switch in "E:\OneDrive\", I can't see the flag after entering "E:\OneDrive\"
Similarly, when I turn off "Always keep on this device" of "E:\OneDrive\Software\Totalcmd\USER\", I can't see the flag when I enter "E:\OneDrive\Software\Totalcmd\USER\". But I can still see it when I return to "E:\OneDrive\Software\Totalcmd\" because its switch is turned on.

This should be fixed in TC 11 beta, please test it.
