Hotkeys with numpad numbers

Is there be an internal way to set hotkeys that involve the numpad number keys and modifiers?
For example, is it possible to use a combination like Ctrl+Numpad5?

I'm aware for external tools that can achieve this.

Obviously, even without outside help, you can make such a conclusion by looking at the drop-down list on the Misc. page.
The same, unfortunately, applies to App/Menu, Caps Lock, Scroll Lock and Print Screen.
