synchronize directories : add "rename left|right" option

Hello there,
The "synchronize directories" is a fantastic feature of TC.
The only missing feature for me would be to be able to resolve conflicts for different files existing on both sides with the same name (occurs a lot with pictures taken by your phone) by being able to rename the files on either side.
I tried to search if this had been suggested before, apparently no.
