No Bug with TCMD default config: cm_RenameOnly & Cursor right: the edit cursor sometimes jumps to the wrong position

Hello

If one:
1. renames a file with cm_RenameOnly
2. and then press cursor right,
3. then the edit cursor jumps every now and then at the wrong position.

The error does not depend on the length of the filename, but on the content of the filename.

Please see the gif here: https://imgur.com/a/bpvGMVM

I can reproduce the bug with this filename (the file is empty):

Code: Select all

2023-02-06_br - aktiv und gesund - Clusterkopfschmerzen ¦ Grünkohl gegen Schlafprobleme ¦ Wundermittel Schneckenschleim_969x540.txt
Sorry for the ugly filename, it was just finally a filename I'm allowed to publish

Thanks a lot, kind regards,
Thomas

Not confirmed with Windows 11, TC 10.52 32-bit and 64-bit, dark mode and normal mode.

What versions are you using?
Does it happen when you start TC with a new wincmd.ini file?

Thank you, Horst.Epp and White, for testing and your answer!

you're right: the default config does not have this issue with tcmd1052x32_64.

We thought that it's a tcmd bug because all users got the same issue... but we share the same basic configuration.
So we have to analyze our plugins and setting.

Thanks a lot, kind regards,
Thomas
