[TC 11.00b2] Improper alignment of new GUI objects in Settings

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

[TC 11.00b2] Improper alignment of new GUI objects in Settings

Post by *AntonyD »

When DPI=96:

When DPI=120

The gap between the objects has almost doubled! But even the original view is very illogical. Buttons should be raised by 2/3 pixels minimum.

P.S.
Also - It is also desirable to make the Parameters field completely unavailable for commands that do not support parameters.

It's the same as in TC 10.52. Unfortunately these dialog elements are scaled differently between Windows versions, it will never be possible to make them align correctly on all systems with all themes.

But probably there has not yet been ANY description of a similar bug, so that the picture in it indicates that these buttons are too high;)
Those - hint - in any case, it is necessary to initially raise these buttons by 2 or 3 pixels.
YES, maybe with different Win.versions on different themes there will be a further vertical divergence, but for some reason it seems to me that no one will write that the buttons "were placed" too high. Vert.Differences for some reason usually go down.
