solved [TC 11.00b5] History list context menu item "Configure history" does not alway work in 64bit TC

This concerns 64bit TC 11.00b5 - not the 32bit version.

To reproduce:

1. Make sure that there is so many items in the History list so that it is higher than the History list context menu.
2. Right click on the History list in a part that ensures that the bottom of the context menu overlaps the History list.
3. Click on a part of the "Configure history" line that overlaps the history list - the Configuration dialog fails to open and instead the click is transferred to the History list at the clicked position, causing a change of the directory in the active panel.
4. Perform step 2 again.
5. Click on the part of the "Configure history" line that does not overlap the history list - the Configuration dialog opens as it is supposed to.

Under Windows 7 it happens every time, but under Windows 10 is is more difficult to reproduce. It seems to happen more often under Windows 10 if the click on the context menu item "Configure history" is done as fast as possible after the context menu is opened.

I can confirm it on Windows 7. Somehow the history sees the click twice, first on the context menu, then on the history list itself.

It can also happen under Windows 10 - but you may have to try several times.
