[SOLVED] How to open scs files the same way as zip files

Post by *Kultag »

Hi.

A game (Euro Truck Simulator 2) uses zip files as data files but with the extension changed to scs. So if a data file is originally somedata.zip, then it's inserted into the game folders as somedata.scs. Until recently, TC could open these files like it opened zip files: I just pressed Enter on them, and the folders and files within appeared right in the file window, as if it was a regular folder.

I recently (unintentionally) set the file association of scs files to Notepad++, and now TC of course opens them in that program, but that's not what I want.

So how can reset the original behavior of opening scs files as it does with zip files? TIA

Just remove files association OR open these files by CTRL+PageDown
