*cm_CountDirContent refresh on folder change

Could *cm_CountDirContent be made to work more like GetDirSize=3, as in, if i delete/create a folder, it automatically refresh dir sizes right away, instead of having to move up/down in the dir structure.
I still like to use a custom view mode with *cm_CountDirContent, instead of just enabling GetDirSize=3 permanently, because i feel like GetDirSize=3 still incurs some kind of UI blinking and possibly a slight delay with some large folders.
