Synchronize Directories and .apk files

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Synchronize Directories and .apk files

Post by *browny »

Attempted to compare two versions of .apk file for the same application and got a MessageBox with this text:
Error, two files with the same name but different case exist on the remote server!
Because Windows doesn't support this on local drives, you need to delete one of the duplicates before proceeding!

res\-e.xml
res\-E.xml
There might be no easy fix for the root cause: Windows does not distinguish such file names.

But there is a smaller one - both files were on local NTFS disks and no remote servers were involved.
Please see if the wording of the message should be changed.

The error message was originally used for FTP connections, that's why it says "remote server". Since it is rare to have archives with such duplicate names, I will not change this string, and also not add a new one, sorry.
