Hi, I have a little suggestion here... Why not making a poll at AddOns site to see if somebody uses/likes our plugins? I wrote a plugin for very useless & rare format, and really wish to know if someone uses that in other than didactical purposes

Anyone can start a poll in the new polls forum! I made this a separate forum because poll messages get pushed up to the new messages every time someone votes - something I disliked very much on eforum.de.

Well, I was thinking; not all of our plugin users reads forum, so, what 'bout makin' links to poll directly from AddOns page?

Since only logged in users can vote in the forum (to reduce fraud), it wouldn't make much sense...

thus why I was suggesting kinda out-of-board poll... it can me made as guestbook-alike CGI script so anonymous users can post their opinions there... I already wrote a bullet-proof Perl script that does almost the same, take a look: http://sysdlabs.hypermart.net/gbook/ (it would be a great pleasure if you signed it ). I can add support for several books (one for each registered plugin) and rating stuff

For liability reasons, I will not allow anonymous postings, sorry. There have been court decisions that the owner of such a board can be held liable (at least in part) for illegal material posted in such boards.
