[TC 11.01 64-bit] Redefined hotkeys: function key combinations don't work when command line history is up

Post by *white »

TC 32-bit works OK.

Example with TC 64-bit:
* Execute cm_Confirmation
* Redefine Alt+F7 to execute cm_SearchStandalone (hit the Check mark and click OK)
* Press Alt+F8 and then Alt+F7 -> normal search opens instead of separate search

Redefined hotkeys are only supported in the main window, not when any menus are up.

  1. It already works with command line history up, except when using a key combination containing a function key and using 64-bit TC.
  2. The new command cm_ShowCmdLineHistory with parameter support is practically only useful when using it for a redefined hotkey.
  3. If hotkeys to start certain functions (like search) work while command line history up (they do), it makes no sense that you cannot redefine these hotkeys.
