Make parameters work for cm_Copy when copying to FTP

I tried to use a command like:

cm_Copy /GO2

for copying files to an FTP site, but copying didn't start automatically, and I had to confirm overwrites.

It would be nice that at least the subset of the parameters supported by FTP transfer could be used - like: G O2 O3 and B2

Sorry, cm_Copy parameters only work with the file system so far.
