Why, when you run the installer the first thing it asks for is the language

Is TC supposed to change the suggested setting back to 0 once the dialog has been displayed and closed? If not, should TC open the dialog each time TC is launched on the same system?

Had anyone reported problems to reach the Language dialog in the setting ?
I can't remember anything about this.

alternative suggestion: make possible to run cm_ commands from cmd line parameters
