Total Commander locks Opus files

Total Commander locks Opus files after they are opened in any program (such as VLC) with a double mouse click. After that, attempting to delete or rename the file causes Total Commander to freeze. The file can only be deleted or renamed after closing Total Commander.

Uninstalling Web Media Extensions resolved the issue
