Total Commander

I appreciate greatly all the work that you, Author of Total Commander, are doing creating and eagerly continuously improving Total Commander for Android as well as for all other platforms.

The most needed feature in Total Commander for Android is to save list of files in the directory you chose to be in, into a text file, just like in: commands.

I could not find any other file manager app for android that does that. But if any one who reads this topic knows any app that does it, please tell about it in here.

Therefore, if Total Commander for Android would include “save list of files in a current folder to file” that would be very helpful when having thousands of files in that folder, while wanting to find just the one file, for example, when not remembering any precise info about it so that to be able search for it via "find" feature.

And wouldn't it be nice if Total Commander for Android is first and exclusive that has that

And also, wouldn't it be nice to be able to save list of files in Android without help of Windows or Linux or any other device when a person is in remote from other devices place

There are 4 internal commands which you can use for that:
121 copies the selected names to the clipboard
122 copies the selected names with full path to the clipboard
123 saves the selected names to a file
124 saves the selected names with full path to a file

To use an internal command, you need to add a button to the lower toolbar via the rightmost button. If this opens a second bar, press "+" in that bar.
Then choose Function Type: Internal Command, click on >> and pick one of the commands.
