One SMB2 connection succeeds, other fails

My MOTO G6+ connects to my desktop fine.
Total Commander v3.42 / LAN Plugin 3.50
Android 9

The newer MOTO G23 fails to connect:
Total Commander v3.42 / LAN Plugin 3.50
Android 13

Credentials are identical:
192.167.1.97
User name and password
SMB2 checked

SMB2 CONNECT:failed to connect to /192.167.1.97 (port 445) from /192.168.1.123 (port 55716) after [5000ms from Log file]

I don't get any of the /<ip address> message lines from the working G6+

Sounds like the plugin isn't allowed to access the network on your newer device, maybe some kind of power saving function.
