64-bit version doesn't works with LAV Filters just copied to FILTER64 directory, while 32-bit version works correctly.

Confirmed, it was looking in filter32 by mistake.

Confirmed fixed in TC 11.03rc2history.txt wrote:22.01.24 Fixed: Lister was looking in filter32 directory for LAV filters instead of filter64 (64)
