Is "transparency" for dialogs and sub windows in planning ?

Any chances there'll be something transparent soon?
I don't mean panels but some dialogs or windows (Search, Pack) could have an option to set transparency in %.
My first pick would be vertical scrollbars - now I need to make a room for them (in tabstops) and even in 4K every pixel counts.

Unfortunately you can't draw under the scrollbars in standard Windows Listbox controls. So even if I made the scrollbar transparent, you wouldn't see anything from the file list below it.
