Whatsapp exports with media can't be read

Whatsapp chat with voice messages pictures or such -> export chat -> include media -> total commander
The txt is exported but the attachments fail

Android 10 Motorola Moto G7 plus. Most recent versions of WhatsApp and tc, i have not tested this before so it likely has existed for a long time.
