Win11 icon overlay doesn't works

In win11 & TC 11.03 icons overlay doesn't work. In win10 it works correctly.
I'm using Tortoise Git, in Explorer I see icon overlay correctly.
In TC I have enable option Config->Icons-> enable overlay.

Second issue is context menu in win11. In Explorer I see at right click -> show more options -> tortoise git - 3 options. In TC at right click I see context menu(like more options in explorer), but without tortoise git sections.

How to fix it ?

Check if there is a Tortoise Git option to enable these for non-Explorer file managers.

I found option "Show overlays and context menu only in explorer", it was default checked.
When I disabled it TC works correctly.
