2 improvements for the built-in player

Long time TC user here; it has been my default file manager on desktop since the mid 2000s
I recently started using it in on Android too and I'm delighted by the customizations, including for the built-in player.
There's 2 features I'm missing, though:
- Volume steps for bluetooth devices are generally too big on Android devices, which makes me use an app called Precise Volume, which allows for 1% volume steps, but it would be more convenient if TC's player had an option to set how many percent of volume you want when you press the phone's volume buttons.
- The option to set the skip forward/backward times is awesome, but by far the best interface I've seen to do this is in the player of "File Manager +" where you simply swipe left/right.
By the way, this also brings the question why TC's player can't be used in full screen.
