[REQ] Add new option to manage Links in the Copy Dialog

CopyLinks and IgnoreLinks are helpful in everyday operations but it seems that there are cases in which a user may want a more flexible solution. Following one of the suggestions i found in this link (there must have been others that made similar suggestions), i'd like to revive the idea of having an extra option in the Copy Dialog.
This option (essentially a combination of what is supported by CopyLinks and IgnoreLinks) should overwrite the options that exist in the INI if something different than (1) is selected. In more detail, the suggestion is to add a new combobox in the Copy Dialog with the following selections:
1. Use CopyLinks and IgnoreLinks setting from INI.
2. Ignore Links
3. Copy links as dirs or ignore them (if IgnoreLinks has been set)
4. Copy links without changing the target path of the links
5. Copy links and change the target path to the target drive if the link points to the same drive on which the link itself is located.
The selection will of course be valid for the current copy operation only and its default selection should be (1). It should also be shown when the "Options>>" button is pressed.
