[Feat. Req.] Last path per feature

It would be great if TC could remember the last load/save path but per feature.

For example if I save my tabs configuration and then follow by saving a file selection
list when I will be requesting for loading of tabs I could be directly pointed to
my tab-related saves while if I'm requesting for file selection loading I will be
pointed to my file selection saves.

The option could have three states:

1. Current (Global remembering of last used path)
2. Per feature used (my suggestion above)
3. Pre-defined paths for each feature (paths are not remembered dynamically but are
static and user definable for each section/feature)
