[already implemented] Make "Compression rate" in the "Pack files" (Alt+F5) dialog also work for 7-zip

Currently the "Compression rate" in the "Pack files" (Alt+F5) dialog i only available for ZIP files - I suggest to also make it also work for 7-ZIP files.

You are right - I must have had RAR selected and not 7-ZIP when I thought it was missing
