Improve description of cm_SwitchToNextTab

I find the help text for the parameters of cm_SwitchToNextTab confusing, so I tried to improve it.

Suggestion:cm_SwitchToNextTab
1: always switch to last visited tab
2: always switch to next tab
0: when ctrl is pressed, switch depending on option "Ctrl+Tab switches to last visited" (e.g. for Ctrl+Tab)
cm_SwitchToNextTab
0 or no parameter: If Ctrl is not pressed, always switch to next tab (differs from Ctrl+Tab). If Ctrl is pressed, switch to next tab or last visited tab depending on the "Ctrl+Tab switches to last visited" option (same as Ctrl+Tab).
1: Always switch to last visited tab
2: Always switch to next tab
