copy/move manager

Although there are more copy management ways (foreground, background, queue) I am still missing advantages of all of them. I do not want to discard any of actual copy management ways. The BCM one-window style is good but there is info missing and it is not possible to fully control each thread individually. I think that separated background threads could be improved a little bit and it would remedy the lacks.

what could be improved:

- optionally speed+estimated time and from/to pathes visible permanently
- from/to pathes tab aligned
- more background threads arranged (pined) in one window (I name it "rack" window)
- automatic start after click on Background should be an option (on/off automatic start)

what options there could be then:

- user can choose to arrange more background threads in one rack window OR devided in separated miniwindows (like now)
- horizontal or vertical arrangement of threads in the rack window
- user defined size and position of the rack window
- 3 options to see info (full (3 rows), shifted (1 row like now shifted), no path (1 row without path shift) (option could be switched e.g. by right corner button (≡/–/- -) or by click on first row)
- there can be also info about copy preferences/parameters (no asking, skipping and so on)
- optionally add a dependence that if previous thread finishes (and disappers from window) the next paused tread will start automatically. Option to pause/start by user (cancel dependence) should be maintained. Then the order of the threads will depend and there would be dependance on/off between threads. But if it would be coplicated, do not consider this point. Users will still have BCM.
