Copy path-names in "Synchronize directories"

A small request: when in "Synchronize directories", after "Compare", the folders are shown as gray bars.
As these directories get very deep (long paths), I would like to be able to copy the path-name to the clipboard.
So my idea is:
  • On the gray folder bar, right-click (this gives a long list of options)
  • Add two options: "Copy name left" and "Copy name right".
Thanks for this phenomenally good software, it makes me happy every day.

Right clicking already selects the entire folder contents, so I can't add it like this.

Just press Ctrl+C to copy the relative folder name.

Is there a chance that for example Shift+Ctrl+C could be made to copy the full path name and not just the relative name?

Shift+Ctrl+C could be made to copy the full path name
And for which catalog: left or right?

And for which catalog: left or right?
For the left - then Alt+Shift+Ctrl+C could be used for the right side

You can use "Left properties Alt+Enter" and "Right properties Alt+Shift+Enter" on a file from the catalog and copy the path from there.

not very practical. After alt+enter you must click and select and then ctrl+c and close the dialogbox.

It would be very useful to have "copy path" command in syncdir. I would appreciate something simple and universal, for example:
F5 for left, Shift+F5 for right
or
F7, F8, F9... or whatever free and simple keystrike.

It could be universal for folder and file:
- copy full path name - for folder
- copy full path name with file name - for file

Maybe I missunderstand the question, but I've been using [ALT]+[Down Arrow] (left context menu) and [SHIFT]+[ALT]+[Down Arrow] (right context menu) and then "Copy as path". I'dont remember how for how long but it has been working like that for a while now.

I don't see "Copy as path" in the context menu (at least not in Windows 10) - you must have some shell extension installed or a registry chnage, that shows that option in the context menu.

Maybe something like this: https://superuser.com/questions/582980/how-to-make-copy-as-path-appear-in-windows-explorer-context-menu-without-shift
Or this: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/73649-copy-path-add-context-menu-windows-10-a.html

It works as you describe though for the right side, because of the pressed shift key.

then "Copy as path"
Or you can just use "Copy".

You must have registry change if you want to have always "copy as path" in windows context menu (as petermad says). Otherwise for left file you have to use right click, then shift+show left context menu). However, showing windows context menu lasts more longer (it acquires many information in background till shows menu), so not very time effective.
In case of directory (grey row) you have not acces to left "copy path" because you can not use shift (shift+alt+down shows right menu) and can not acces context menu through right click.

Direct keyboard shortcut to copy path is necessary to solve this complications. But as I have mentioned it should be simple keystrike. Hard combinations e.g. Ctrl+Shift+Alt+Letter is not good way.

if "copy" from windows context menu is used, it can not be pasted anywhere (e.g. to notepad).

Depending on what you want to finally do with the file path, maybe this could be a more complete solution:

You're right.
I tried pasting into another copy of Total Commander using Ctrl+V. Works in the command line, in the field of the current directory, search dialog, when creating a new folder, file, etc.
