Normalizing characters at directory creation

Hi everyone,

I frequently create directory with the name copied from some YouTube video. And since some time now, those names are full of UTF8 characters.

It drive me crazy because when I copy the path and paste it to PowerShell, it does not work. PowerShell is lost, it does not interpret correctly characters and the path is invalid.

Can an option be added in the F7 command to normalise path: automatically remove of what is not ASCII characters and forbidden DOS characters?
