Cursor Color under Dark Colors

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Cursor Color under Dark Colors

Post by *OxeStone »

On every computer (running the latest version of Windows 11) I have enabled Dark Colors and 'Use Windows Theme for cursor' the cursor color is a dark steel blue RGB(59 71 102) no matter the accent color I select in the Windows' Settings > Personalization > Color. On one computer only (running the latest version of Windows 11) cursor color changes when I select a different accent color in Windows' Settings > Personalization > Color. I have matched the settings for Windows and TC to be exactly the same on all computers. Any idea how this is happening? And how I can make cursor color change on other computers while 'Use Windows Theme for cursor' is selected?

To my knowledge, you can't change the theme cursor color as a user, and it can't be changed programmatically either.
