Commands for calling some dialogs without the main configuration window

I believe that, in order to simplify interaction with the interface, it is high time to teach TC to call the following settings from the Configuration dialog separately:

cm_CustomFieldsByFileTypeConfig (or cm_TooltipConfig) — Display ➙ User-defined: ➙ [+]
cm_DefineColorsByFileTypeConfig — Color ➙ [Define colors by file type...]
cm_DefineViewMethodByFileType — cm_ConfigLister ➙ /Multimedia/ ➙ Define view method by file type...

cm_ConfigWDX — Plugins ➙ Content plugins (.WDX) ➙ [Configure]
cm_IconLibraryConfig — Icons ➙ Set default icon library
cm_FolderTabIconsConfig — Folder Tabs ➙ [>>]

Parameters for cm_ConfigLister:
cm_ConfigLister 1/2/3 (or 0/1/2) — open the Configure Lister dialog on the first/second/third tab

IMO every option available in configuration dialogs should have an equivalent internal command.
e.g
Copy with comments on/off
Preferred comment file desript.ion/files.bbs
Logging on/off
As now some commands exist for decades while another useful commands still waiting for implementing

I saw this. But I don't see any hint about invoking dialogues in your quote. Options/switches are about something else. And creating commands for all ini options is overkill (that will never happen), although there are many useful things there that are not in the dialogs.

adding new cm commands is hint. I believe in adding cm for "Copy with comments on/off" for years too. I don't know why it is so hard to add couple of cm commands required by users.

This dialog is currently only available if "Show icons on tabs" is activated - what should happen when using this command and "Show icons on tabs" is not activated? - should changes in the "Icons on folder tabs" automatically activate "Show icons on tabs"?

We have been waiting for many commands for many years! Why should we worry about three months?

Any of the options: enable, ignore execution, ask the user.
I highlighted two commands in gray due to low priority. If they are not there, I'm sure no one will be upset, since unlike all the others, you don't need to use them many times.
