Currently if the path shown in the Current Directory bar (Breadcrumb bar) is very long there is an arrow to the left of path name that can be clicked on to scroll the pathname towards the beginning.
I frequently find myself clicking one time too many, ending up changing the panel content to the root of the drive. Would it be possible to make it work so I could turn the mouse wheel over the arrow to do the scrolling (preferable both ways)?
Alternatively leave the arrow in place when the scrolling reaches the end, so that any additional clicks does not result in unwanted navigation

Personally, I don't use this, but there is some sense in your request. I would most likely make an extra click too.
