[TC 11.57rc6] Choose plugin property: Duplicate access key P (internal English language)

* Use internal English language
* Select a file
* Pess Ctrl+M, Alt+i
The Choose plugin property dialog has a duplicate access key P.
Expected: No duplicate access key (as when using the external English language files).

The internal English language has these string for the dialog:
&Plugins
&Properties
External English language:
7702="&Plugins:"
7703="P&roperties:"

Yes, confirmed fixed in private beta TC 11.57rc6c - Internal English now has the same shortcut as wcmd_eng.lng

I have kept this behaviour in Total Commander 11.57 final, please confirm!
