This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.58 RC1, please re-check!
(Note that the name has been changed because WinGet thinks that 11.57a is older than 11.57).
22.05.26 Fixed: An internal command em_command could no longer be called from the button bar or start menu with any value in the "parameters" field of the button/menu entry (32/64)
