[Feature Request] Background option when Unpack

- Add in <wincmd.ini>

[General]
AlwaysUnpackInBackground=flag
Flags :
1: unzip in background
2: unzip+external unpackers in background
3: like 2, but run external unpackers minimized

And i mean to add a button that make this option without edit any file.
Like Copy file option dialog.

Hi !

- If you want for unpack in the background always, you MUST add this in the <wincmd.ini> not a big deal, just one minute !
- Then, you can set a button for the internal command cm_UnpackFiles
- Currently, these internal commands don't support any parameter i.e. to execute the command in the background like you wish, AFAIK.

Maybe some script could do the trick, but I don't use any…
