Searching the registry with Totalcommander CE 2

Post by *rvjr »

Hi!

I've tried searching keys or values in the registry with tc, but the result list never contains any entries (even if there are matching keys)... what's the problem with that? is registry searching not supported or am I too supid to use tc? (tc is running through all keys and at least it seems that tc is searching, but it doesn't find anything)

thx
Rainer.

Which registry plugin do you use for the search? Or how else do you search the registry?

I use the registry.wfx of Vitaly Knyazev. Here search works fine.

I'm talking about the pocket pc version... and there you have an entry 'registry' in the '\\' subdir of the root. And there I started the find function to search for entries...

 Sorry, it's my fault.

I read your post via RSS and missed the 'Pocket in the header. So I cannot help because I have no device for using Pocket TC.

Sorry.

I'm sorry, the pocket version currently doesn't support searching in plugins. Maybe in one of the next versions.
