English language pack

English language pack is the official English language pack for Total Commander. Although the program already comes with an internal English user interface, this package provides a external, editable version of it.

This language pack is intended as a basis for translating the interface or for customizing the English user interface. There may be minor differences compared to the internal user interface. For example: F7 New Folder versus F7 NewFolder.

The package is maintained by Christian Ghisler and updated together with new Total Commander versions.

Contents

The package includes three files:

• WCMD_ENG.LNG - The main language file
• WCMD_ENG.MNU - The main menu file
• WCMD_ENG.INC - Descriptions for the internal commands

Usage

To install the English language pack, open the wcmd_eng.zip file inside Total Commander. The files will be installed into the LANGUAGE folder inside Total Commander’s program folder. The language will be set to the newly installed external language.
