Users of Total Commander have created an IRC channel for general discussion about this great program and not only. The main goal is to complement the existing official forum.
How to connect
Connecting to the IRC channel about Total Commander requires an active internet connection and IRC client software. Popular IRC clients are:
- mIRC - Shareware program but probably the most popular.
- XChat - Multiplatform Chat Program.
- ChatZilla - Firefox Add-on.
- MirandaIM - Multi-purpose IM client.
- Opera - Browser with built-in IRC client.
Connection details
The channel is hosted on the Freenode network:
- Server name: irc.freenode.net
- Channel name: #TCMD
When using an IRC-enabled browser, you can go directly to: irc://irc.freenode.net/tcmd
