Rename file with just one button

In File Explorer (windows tool) I can rename file in different ways: - click twice on it (not double click, but click twice) and rename it - press F2 and rename it - pick 'rename' from menu

In TC F2 option is missing, and since F2 is doing nothing (at least in my copy 6.53pl) that would be a good reason to attach rename file/folder to this button.

F2 doesn't do nothing - it's the REFRESH key! The current directory is reloaded when you press F2.

The rename hotkey is Shift+F6, but you can assign F2 to cm_renameonly in configuration - options - misc if you need this. --Ghisler(Author) 05:34, 25 Jan 2006 (EST)

@Grah: It's no problem that you are missing TC knowledge but it is a problem to use the Wiki as a trash-dump for feature requests of already existing features. So, before creating feature requests in the Wiki please ASK in the forum first, thanks.
