Total Commander allows to display a configuration dialog which can be displayed before creating an archive and before adding files to an existing archive. Some packers maybe not support all options when repacking. Currently there is no way to deactivate these settings when the pack option dialog is opened before repacking. Which options are available could be even depend on the archive to be modified so the archive's filename would be a great help. The plug-in could simply check if the file exists or not. In addition the plug-in could check if certain options are available by reading the existing archive properties. The filename would be even useful for the option dialog displayed before creating a new archive.
