View source for Talk:Make available Windows Explorer 'non-file' context menu

I consider it as a complete useless suggestion as anyone can rightclick here:

and get the desired menu. However, this can't be achieved via a hotkey yet, so the suggestion is useless for me (I combine keyboard use with mouse use - no preference) and all the mousers.
