Total Commander connects to the server, but cannot download the directory.

A: Your machine is probably located in a corporate network behind a firewall which doesn't allow connections from the outside. Please try a connection in passive mode. You need to configure at least one passive mode connection in Net - FTP Connect. Afterwards, Total Commander will use this mode by default.
