Universal Viewer (ATViewer) is a stand-alone alternative for Total Commander's Lister. It's a multi-format file viewer based on free Delphi component ATViewer.
It's freeware and has open source code. Features include:
- Almost all Lister's view modes are implemented: Text, Binary, Hex, Unicode, Image, Multimedia
- WLX plugins are fully supported
- Unicode filenames are fully supported
