I've never managed to force imagine not to scale up small pictures up to lister size. Whenever i press F3 on some small image, it is shown scaled up to full lister window. Yes, "fit only big images" is checked, and big images are scaled down, and that's ok.
I know that i'm missing something, but what. Just want small images to be shown at 100%

Otherwise, a great plugin, thank you very much for it.

Did you enable the 'Fit image to window' lister option?
Press 'F' key to toggle it.

Press 'F' key to toggle it.
The F in the lister did the trick. Thank you!

I can confirm that the various BMP bugs has been fixed :-)

But the bug concerning changing color depth to 16bit 64k colors ( http://www.ghisler.ch/board/viewtopic.php?p=135649#135649 ) still persists.

Also - images that has been converted to 16bit colors can not be saved - if it is 32K it will be saved as 24bit, and if it is 64K it will not be saved at all.

I've totally missed that.

I'll check directly.

Thanks petermad.

Currently, there is no way to place the ini-file other directory.

And 'remember file format that is used recently (for save)' feature is not supported.

Sorry for inconvenience.

@ nyam

thx for your quick response.

Is it a considerable suggestion for any future build?

Concerning the folder settings I have to explain more detailed (sorry about that).
I meant even for this inquiry the default "save as" directory.
But I assume the same answer as for the default "save as" file format.

Anyway, thx for an awesome tool and plugin!!!!!
Don't dream it, do it!

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Thanks deus-ex, :)
I replaced German language file with your new translation and made corrections with the template that you sent me.
Thanks for your efforts. :D

I also think that it'll be useful.
(And other image viewers also support that.)

It'll be good idea.
Thank you. :)

2nyam

If (in beta 8 ) I try to save an image as either JBIG Bi-level Image or as JPEG2000 Wavelet I get an error saying "Invalid data".

If I try the same with Imagine 0.9.7.0 I get a crash when trying to convert to JPEG2000 Wavelet, and if I try to convert to JBIG Bi-level Image I get an error saying "Grayscale only" - if I then convert the image to grayscale an try saving it as a JBIG Bi-level Image I get an image that can't be read/shown.

I realize that these two formats uses plugins (JBIG.DLL and J2K.DLL) which I do have in my Plugin folder under the Imagine folder. I also in the same folder have the LBM.DLL plugin (LCD Bitmap) wich works OK.

Danish translation for Imagine 1.0.0.0 beta9 is now available at: http://www.totalcmd.net/plugring/imagine_danish_beta.html

Hint: About the new wallpaper command line parameter:
/wallpaper[:"wallpaper type"]
use it as for example:

Code: Select all

imagine.exe myimage.jpg /wallpaper:0
use "wallpaper type" as:

Code: Select all

0 = centered
1 = tiled
2 = streched
