LISTER <filename> to support using TC's internal LISTER to open somefile.
I know there is an external version of the LISTER but it is out of date always

As from version 7.50 you can use the command line parameter /S=L to open Lister standalone:
TOTALCMD.EXE /S=L <filename>
TOTALCMD.EXE /S=L <filename>

The difference between CM_LIST and /S=L is the following: CM_LIST opens a Lister within the same TC process, so when you close TC, this lister will be closed too. /S=L will open a new separate process, as if you opened a separate Total Commander.
