How to set temporary folder for plugins?

TC uses a temporary folder for archive operations that can be changed via configuration > ZIP packer > Directory for temporary files (default or other one) or directly in wincmd.ini with the InternalzipTemp key. OK, but this is the just only one temporary folder for all the operations in TC?

For example, for a plugins that needs copying some files in temporary folder, where it places theese files? Uses the temporary folder set by TC? E.G., SFTP plugin uses it for placing the psftp.dll library. How can be set then a new folder for this?

There is no default temp folder for plugins, every plugin uses its own temporary folder on plugin writer wish.
