Confirmed, I forgot to include the new totalcmd.inc file with this command. You can fix it yourself: Just look for cm_searchfor, and add the following line below it:
cm_SearchStandalone=545;Search in separate process
cm_SearchStandalone=545;Search in separate process

Is the shortcut mentioned in the history file also wrong?
By the way, 'Go to' and 'Feed to' buttons should be grayed-out if main TC window is not active since cannot be executed unless pressing them should re-invoke TC to run to pass on the parameters.
Alt+Shift+F7 seems to do the job.05.07.13 Added: Menu item "Search in separate process" in menu "Commands", new hotkey Ctrl+Shift+F7 (32/64)
