[BUG] cm_FocusCmdLine in 64-bit TC

Hello!

This internal command places focus only to the already displayed command line (TC x64), while in 32-bit TC it opens TC's command line and then sets the focus there.
In my personal TC build, the command line is hidden by default.
I bind the command to F9, but it doesn't work from button bar either.
Though, Left/Right Arrow key and Alt+F8 still work.

I can confirm that the cm_FocusCmdLine only works with already opened command line in 64bit version of TC, whereas it works also with not opened commandline in 32bit version.

I can confirm that. However, the command line IS focused, so when you start typing, the characters will go to the command line and it will be displayed.

This should be fixed in Total Commander 8.52a RC1, please test it!
