Location of alternate command icon lib

It would be great to have a good default location for alternate command icon libs. This should not be the program folder but a folder below %COMMANDER_INI%\..\ like %COMMANDER_INI%\..\Command Libs

Or a folder inside the tc installation
(for people who love their tc portable)

When your wincmd.ini is inside or below the program folder - which is standard for mobile installation - you get the same deal.
